Exceptional Stay at an Outstanding Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who were always ready to go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness truly set this place apart from others. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. It's evident that the management places a high priority on hygiene and comfort, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The friendly staff and immaculate facilities made my experience unforgettable. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this is a place where you’ll feel taken care of from start to finish.

Location near a beautiful beach, market, restaurants and taxi stand; Reception: Staff, Clayton, Etson, are all excellent! Housekeeping daily and professional; The room was large, with a high ceiling, provided a kettle, refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and there were two pillows; Checkin was efficient Wifi works fine Breakfast is generous with fruits, vegetables. Bread, jams. Eggs. Everyone is nice here! Pool is clean. Garden. Enough chairs and tables. Clayton arranged the taxi. Response to messages timely. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean room with enough space. Air conditioning was really good and mini fridge was very useful. Hairdryer was provided as well as soap and bodywash. Breakfast was nice and did enjoy a very tasty lunch one afternoon and great dinner on two nights. Staff were good, friendly and welcoming. Wifi was great. Pool was good and overall hotel was great, nothing to complain about. Location for me was perfect, close to centre/beach, but not noisy outside.

It's about 5 min walk from the Santa Maria town centre with all the bars and restaurants! Breakfast is excellent as well! Highly recommend.
